(BPO) is implemented as cost-saving measures. But does not depend on the maintaining position on the marketplace. There are two categories in BPO one of this is the back office outsourcing, this is where internal business functions belong, examples of this are billings or purchasing. The second one is the front office outsourcing; this is where customer-related services belong such as marketing and tech support. Sometimes if a BPO is contracting outside a company’s own country, it is called offshore outsourcing. And if a BPO is contracting to a neighboring country it is called nearshore outsourcing.
